Lead Veterinary Technician
Lisa brings us many years of experience and a compassion for animals that is hard to match! She is truly dedicated to her patients and treats each one as if they were her own four legged children. She holds a certified technician licensure from the state, which is difficult to attain after years of experience and an extensive test. She also has emergency medicine and critical care experience and is Dr. Smith's assistant in daily procedures. She is very knowledgable in dentistry, surgery, radiology, and patient care. But most of all, she is a patient advocate and a client advocate and will do anything necessary to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.
She has her own crew at home that includes a few King Charles Cavaliers, Golden Retrievers, and feline friends. She is also partial to Cocker Spaniels. If you stop by and she's not here, she's probably taking pictures, white water rafting, or jumping off of a cliff somewhere. Or she could just be up the street getting a pedicure!
Sarah Grove
Veterinary Assistant
Sarah, our resident feline expert, joins us from a busy cat spay and neuter program in Atlanta. While she enjoys both cats and dogs, she has an interest in areas of feline medicine such as diabetes, weight loss, and litterbox issues. Her biggest cause is feline heartworm disease and she believes every cat should be protected monthly. Right now she has her hands full with a new great dane mix puppy, Murphy, that was adopted from the Atlanta Humane Society. She also has various feline friends that she fosters for adoption. If you don't see Sarah here that means she is spending time with her husband Jeff and might be out in the woods taking a hike.
Michelle Smith
Office Manager
Michelle comes to us with several years of business management experience and is here to make sure each visit is a relaxing and comfortable one. If you need curbside pick up/drop off or just an extra pair of hands to get everyone in the door, she'll be the one to help.
